Because our products are custom-printed to order, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. This allows us to reduce waste and stay true to our minimalist values.

The “Stay True” Quality Guarantee
We partner with the best Canadian printers (Print Geek and Duplium) to ensure your gear meets the highest standards. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
What Is Covered
Printing Deficiencies: Peeling, flaking, blurred graphics, or missing pixels.
Garment Defects: Holes, rips, or unraveled seams.
Shipping Errors: Receiving the wrong size, color, or design than what was ordered.
If you receive a defective item, you do not need to worry about the inconvenience of shipping it back to us. Simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the defect.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Sizing & Selection (Measure Twice, Order Once)
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, Northern Dry Co. Canada cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or “change of heart” regarding colour.
We provide detailed Sizing Charts (in both Metric and Imperial) on every product page. We strongly encourage you to measure a favorite garment you already own and compare it to our charts before clicking “Add to cart.”
Order Cancellations
Our automated system sends orders to our Canadian print partners shortly after they are placed to ensure the fastest possible delivery. For this reason, we can only accommodate order cancellations or changes within one hour of purchase. After that window, the printing process has begun, and the order cannot be altered.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Northern Dry Co. Canada is not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
