Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We only share the minimum necessary information with the following parties to complete your order:
Printify / Print Geek / Duplium: To print and ship your order.
Payment Processors (Stripe): To securely process your payment, we use Stripe. This includes integrated support for Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your credit card details; these are handled entirely by the payment processor’s secure, encrypted servers.
How long we retain your data
For tax and legal purposes in Canada, we retain order information (invoices and correspondence) for a period of seven (7) years, as required by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). After this period, records are securely deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have placed an order, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold, with the exception of data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
