Welcome to Northern Dry Company Canada (northerndry.ca). By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept these as straightforward as our designs, but they are important for both of us.
1. OUR SERVICES & SCOPE
Northern Dry Co. Canada is a lifestyle apparel brand based in Toronto, Ontario. We currently sell and ship exclusively within Canada, specifically to the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan. At this time, we do not ship to Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)
Every item at Northern Dry is custom-printed to order through our Canadian fulfillment partners. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, your purchase is a custom order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Sizing Charts provided on each product page.
3. PAYMENT & SECURITY
We utilize Guest Checkout exclusively to protect your data. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Northern Dry Co. Canada does not see or store your credit card information.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We strive to get your gear to you as fast as possible through our partners (Print Geek and Duplium).
Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier, Northern Dry Co. Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Investigations: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our automated system moves quickly to fulfill your order, changes or cancellations can only be requested within one (1) hour of purchase via email at [email protected]. After this window, the production process has begun and the order cannot be altered.
6. THE “STAY TRUE’ QUALITY GUARANTEE
While we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors or “change of heart,” we stand by our quality.
Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a print deficiency or garment defect, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Return of Goods: To reduce our carbon footprint, we generally do not require you to ship defective items back to us.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Northern Dry Co. Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our business or Canadian regulations. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
